This is apparently something we have to re-learn every six or seven years.

 

When an event is announced by someone who is NOT an official, we call it "UNofficial."

 

It's not "official" until someone who is an actual official confirms it.

Yep, very sad to see it work out this way.  I was hoping he’d be our coach here for a very long time, which would have meant he would have given us our first NCAA tournament win.  Miles is a great person!  Not a day of rejoicing for me.  Hopefully his replacement will give us a reason to be excited again, but not today.

This definitely doesn't feel like a funeral for someone I really loved. Tim will be fine, he will land on his feet.
