CJ has similar numbers, one more point, one less board, and 1 more TO.  He does have an assist.  He’s also played double the minutes.  Is CJ worthless?

* Colorado is going to be a good team and despite a BAD start, we hung in there.

We have a lot to fix.  Shooting, free throw shooting, getting back on defense while still pounding offensive boards and other miscellaneous stuff.  

We played without DW and hung in there.

My rose-colored glasses are still mia though.

Fought hard on the road for an entire game—and at altitude, no less.

That no-foul when Winchester got elbowed in the face is puzzling—a 4-point swing.

Robin said there was an illness making its way thru the roster. Also said Fred didn’t run any sets tonight. Saving them for the regular season.

I listened to a little bit on the radio and neither Kent or Jake knew why Walker was out.  If it was health related, it's weird they wouldn't have known unless it happened very recently...like something that came up out of the blue on a routine medical exam.

Man, some of you guys need to just stay away. And this is coming from a non kool-aid and rose colored glasses wearing fan. I’m typically pretty critical and vocal. But this is an exhibition game against a capable power 5 team that has big dance potential. One with good players and good size. And we ran a vanilla offense without Walker down low and stayed within striking distance until the final minute. Let’s let some things play out here fellas….

Yes. Striking distance. Fought back and went on a 10-2 run. Two possession game with about 3 minutes left. If anyone expected us to go to Boulder and dominate a pac-12 preseason pick to finish 3 or 4 in the league then they are delusional.

I remember watching a team that finished third in the conference, playing in the first round of the Big 8 Tournament at home, not getting to 40.
