Okay, here's my theme song for the Huskers to get to the final four of the B1G Tourney. From Ohio!6 points

You guys keep posting the best musicians from the state of the team we play. I'm going to go a different direction since I don't like the teams we play and post the worst person from that state. Ohio has many candidates Charles Manson, Anthony Sowell, but the winner is Jeffery Dahmer. If you want me to stop posting these I will. Sent from my moto g stylus 5G (2022) using Tapatalk6 points

Brice had 6 shots yesterday. He loses focus and intensity occasionally, I agree with that notion. But let's not call him a ball hog. He basically leads the entire team in assists. That's really unfair to say he doesn't play within "the team concept."5 points -

I'm happy Nebraska is winning at home, let's do it again on Tues., but in order to take the next step to what we hope will be dancin', NU needs to win some time soon on the road. Hopefully the Huskers can play a complete, 40-min. ballgame the next time away from PBA. GBR4 points -
I'm at the point in life where I can't rank my favorite songs, there are too many. I'm to the place where if I hear a song on the radio, and I don't change the station, it's a really good tune. This is one of them!4 points

Been waiting for Brooks to do a game to reintroduce myself. Had just parked at horse races at Fonner Park back in spring of 2022. Was grabbing stuff to go in and all of a sudden my drivers side mirror pops and gets knocked forward. Guy stops and is making hand signals but then he pulls forward. I get out to go talk to him as mirror isn't busted. Well lo and behold Brooks rolls down his window to apologize for hitting my mirror. Said he was actually trying to fold his mirrors in and wasn't paying attention. I told him it's fine just a little scratch and not going to holler at him as have done it several times at basketball games over the years and didn't seem to do any good.3 points -

Agree with you, never thought he was a ball hog at all. He could be shooting more and I’d be good with that. I’m fine with him and Keisei hunting shots when they are feeling good. Speaking of feeling good. Anyone check CJ’s shooting numbers these days? 50-44-93 is pretty incredible at this point in the season. Kid is balling.3 points -

And I feel like Fred is, for the most part, hardly getting after the refs. I know he got upset yesterday, but he or an assistant (if he doesn’t want to get worked up because of his heart) need to get after the refs every game for people grabbing and pulling on KT. You can’t let other teams get away with that game after game.3 points -

The best don't-storm-the-field security I've ever seen was in Miami after Tom Osborne's first national championship victory in the Orange Bowl. After the game, I was heading for the field. But they had cops on horseback and German Shepard dogs (lots of them) on guard. No one ventured out onto the field--certainly not me!2 points -

I agree with most of this, but not the part about them defending our perimeter. I've never seen so many missed wide open shots in a game. Shelley and White should have each had about 8 assists, with as many times as they found open shooters, outside and inside. Poor shooting and turnovers killed us, in my opinion. You can have one and survive, but not both in the same game.2 points -

Here's the deal, fans will get excited with a big win, and they will storm the floor. A rope being held to prevent the surge may deter a few; but the majority will still forge ahead, and the rope simply becomes a safety hazard for trip and falls. Having additional security is possible; but staffing what would be needed seems like extreme overkill for 99% of games. The goals should be to protect the players and staff, mostly for the opposing team; safety for those that are storming the floor; and finally, protection for the facilities and equipment. When Husker fans stormed the floor, all those goals were accomplished. The Purdue players were not at risk and the arena staff did a good job with security and safety. So the grade provided is A+. At OSU, I question why a player, perhaps one of the most polarizing players on the court, was running off the floor, pretty much isolated from her teammates, staff or security. That seems to have e been a failure of the number one goal.2 points -

This whole debacle with CC reminds of Grayson Allen in college at Duke and early on in his NBA career, he tripped dudes A LOT. He seemingly has changed his ways, i.e. maturity. Maybe she's such a competitor, that she blanks out & does stupid sh!t.2 points -

Brice brings quite a lot to the team but, IMO, there is a mindset that JPJ brought that Brice doesn't have. If Brice had what JPJ had we would not have gone 10 minutes without a basket at Rutgers because James would have willed himself to go get one and win us that game. Brice is not JPJ but he is a good - sometimes very good - player that I am glad is on our side.2 points -

With respect, please stop calling them "Lady" Huskers. It's not their name, most female athletes despise the diminutive label (happy to provide proof if you're interested), and, well, it's sexist. Not trying to start a flame fight, just requesting you show them the respect you obviously have for them as a squad when it comes to their name. They are just Huskers. If you have to differentiate on gender, you can address them as what they are: "women". Thanks.2 points

That's happened several times this year that hadn't happened in quite a while, NU has broken 11-gm., 7-gm., 7-gm. & 7-gm. losing streaks against MSU, Indiana, NW, & K-St. all this season. That's satisfying in and of itself. GBR2 points -

Probably the only time I post on this thread. I've never been interested in this stuff, but I know a lot of you guys are. I understand. Gives reasons to watch other games and project on the Huskers. I've had 2 different NCAA Tourney projection brackets pop up on my home page this afternoon. No reason, I don't search out those sites. I know someone is monitoring my HHC content. I'm just saying... Anyway, both projections had us as a 10 seed playing Villanova in the first round. Second round games, 1 had us playing Kansas and the other playing Auburn. Fun to speculate. Now, just go out and win the damn games!1 point
