What do you mean by weird? Just the fact that we haven't heard anything and his recruitment is very unpublicized? This is the type we usually get. The kind we hear very little about until they quietly just sign up one day.

It's weird because usually the visit schedule is known. The time elapsed since announcing to the visits seems "not normal". Isn't good or bad.

I agree, there wasnt much of any fanfare around TP and Walt making visits.  I'm sure Miles would love to have a guy like White who keeps his nose to the grindstone and just does his job.

Agreed....the types that are all over twitter usually aren't Nebraska types of guys it seems.

Lots of teams were excited by the prospect of adding Harris.  The IndyStar reported that "Within two hours of getting his release, Harris had already been contacted by Butler, Indiana and Purdue as well as Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Michigan State, New Mexico, Notre Dame, Ohio State and UCLA."  However, his recruitment quickly narrowed to a final three of Purdue, Michigan, and Michigan State.  After canceling a visit to Michigan last week, Harris made a quick final call for the Spartans.

Was just looking around at some sites, and there hasn't been any word on Andrew White III from ANYWHERE in at least 12 days.  Likewise, I looked at his twitter and it is on radio silence.

 

I assume this kid and his family are continuing to look at their options, but they are doing so VERY privately.

 

I like that kind of personality a lot.  I hope he picks NU.

Whatever White's doing, he's definitely keeping it pretty quiet, but I doubt he's visited already. The local media guys who cover the team all seem to have a really good relationship with the staff, who tend to share visit information with them pretty readily. If White's visiting, we'll hear about it.

Robin had an update on Andrew White on Rivals this morning.  Nothing really noteworthy, other than the fact he confirmed that there is still mutual interest and we are still working on lining up a visit with him.
