Have to imagine just about anyone who hits the portal THIS late already has a new school lined up. 6'1" G Terrion Murdix from Texas A&M-CC (Springfield, ILL) averaged 13.4 ppg, 4.3 rpg, and 5.4 apg last year. Shooting splits of .507/.343/.826. Two-time all conference defender and defensive POY last year

This sounds to be mulcahy. Which makes sense. Still have a scholly and with the ulis situation in the air, could be a chance? At minimum something to watch. 

 

There will likely be a trickle of transfer guys here soon with some guys graduating from their school in the most recent session.

So . . . what are the portal rules on this?

Let's say, hypothetically, that Mulcahy wants to revoke his enrollment and accepted scholarship and NIL deal at Washington and transfer to a different school.

Would he be allowed to do so and play this coming season under transfer portal rules?

Would it make a difference if the Washington side of Mulcahy's NIL failed to come through on what was promised?

Mulcahy is a grad transfer so we can move wherever. Theoretically a guy like that could play one semester for a team and then move to another team.
