This is just me spitballing but what about

 

Assistants 

Charlie Henry - Xs and Os

Matt A - Recruiting
Gates - Recruiting

Lutz - Player Development

 

We'll need to see what we do for DOBO, Video, and graduate students though those are not quite as sexy.

 

I assume we will have a Player Development coach because that's what FH had at ISU.

I know in football you can have "consultants" who review film and scout opponents.

 

Can you do that in basketball? Can we have Henry basically just be a full time scout and not take a bench spot?

You can have 3 assistants for the purposes of going on the road and recruiting. After that you can hire as many people as you want.
