Maybe a press conference in front of reporters who could ask a few questions like why did we start the season with 9 scholarship players and leave 2 unused. Maybe I'm just dreaming.

I will say, If we beat Iowa I will be on such a high, I won't care what seed we are.

I did see Mays at the game today.

I watched her in the semifinals where she wasn’t tested. Extremely poised but she is very quick and in the open court has plenty of speed. She makes good decisions and makes her teammates better. NU must pull out all the stops to sign her.

Obviously a lot to like about Britt’s game but I’ve been impressed with her court vision. A couple times she’s had the ball on the outside and saw a wide open teammate all alone in the post under the hoop and Britt fired the ball to her for the assist. Seems to be an unselfish player who wants to see her teammates succeed

I went skiing once. It was after that experience I realized if God meant for Nebraskans to ski, He would have put cornfields in the mountains.

I agree. If I was an opposing coach, I’d press all day. I also do not feel like the offense that we run plays into our strengths at all. Lex is our highest 3 pt percent shooter and this Offense is a 3 pt shooting offense? We have good bigs, use an offense that works it in. And we need to be able to run a zone. So we can still play d and cut the foul trouble. Instead our girls just don’t play d. IMO.

In college, I remember visiting some friends who lived in the Boulder area to go skiing. You always hear about Denver being a gateway ski city in the winter, and Boulder's not much further away. Heck, it's actually closer to the mountains (although as I quickly learned, the wrong ones) so I had in mind that the slopes would be like 30-45 minutes away. LOL. Boy was I wrong. I don't know who in the Front Range is in charge of marketing, but they deserve a raise. Expectation does not at all match reality. It's a 3 hour drive on I-70 on a weekend, assuming no crashes or complications. That's a road trip to a different state by Midwestern standards. Although I shouldn't complain, because Colorado keeps the crowds away from those of us in other states who chose to live in actual ski cities. My downtown is 10 minutes to the west, and my ski resorts (3 of them) are 25-40 minutes to the east. Suck on that, Colorado

This was probably the most disappointing season I've really ever watched. I really felt after last year the coaching staff turned a corner and I did expect us to be a top 25 team. Going forward I'd like to see 3 things. 1) develop talent. Freshman year should not be the ceiling and only down hill from there. 2) play defense. Our defense on dribble penetration is pathetic at best. If it's not too inconvenient coach physical defense, it should help the offense quite a bit since we seem to wither and dye when the other team plays physical. 3) respect the possession. We have way way to many give aways on unforced errors Unlike the rest of the board I believe we have the talent for a real winner. MM, AS, AM that should be a solid post. AW, KC, KM, CH pretty good pieces in the back court

I know I'm late toto the party but Wilcher got called for illegal screen and it was clearly the right call. However, I saw a Sparty player set a screen and when he rolled he just pretty much moved the husker defender all the way down the lane creating any easy scoring chance.

Unlike here, where no one even bothers to ask “Is Trinity Brady still ‘day to to day’”?
