Oregon had a four point lead and the ball with under 40 seconds left but ended up losing to Creighton in double OT.

No problem. Nothing like I felt after NU. Actually, I picked the Zags to win when I found out that the Jayhawk's best player was done, and that Timberlake would be an integral part of the lineup.

Having worked at KU for four years, I have many friends there, and I used to root for KU in March. 

 

I'm just nothing but envious at this point, at KU having secured Bill Self. Hopefully my jealousy can wane in the next year or two.

My buddy and I were watching in disbelief. We get an A&M team that can’t miss a 3, Creighton needs Oregon to miss a FT to extended their season and gets it. We are soooo over due in the luck factor.

Yup.  Did you notice on the inbounds play nobody moved after the ref handed the ball to Oregon and finally the big guy and 60% ft shooter broke to the ball and of course Creighton fouled him immediately and of course he missed the front end.  It felt like Oregon was playing 2 on 5.

I knew that Ward Taylor IV wasn't gonna go 7 for 10 on threes. Dammit. Of course I also didn't figure he'd shoot 5 for 26 and 3-13 on threes and his team still make it to OT, that was an amazing finish to get it to OT. Unbelievable, actually... the amount of BIG-TIME DUDES on the court is what NU was missing on Fri. tbh. Maybe Cliff from R.U. would like it in Lincoln, I'm just spit-ballin' since JPJ came to Lincoln after being an opponent. Who knows, Hoiberg & Co. do & that's what matters...

I knew he'd struggle... of course he shot 70% on threes against NU, when all year he'd been 27%. Sheesh Louise. Crazy...
