I don't care what Trev and Hoiberg said. If the basketball insider thinks something may be up then I do too. Chancellor Green came out last year in a statement and was adamant that the rumors about Moos being a drunk and potentially being fired were untrue. Then later we all find out he basically was while being aloof in the department and ended up being "forced to retire". Universities are powerful and only care about image. Why would any of them come out and be honest?

Some young hungry sports writer probably does have the dirt but when they ran the story by their editor the editor said there's absolutely no way they're wasting any time or space on a story about Nebraska Basketball...No one cares about them Youngblood.

A couple months ago I heard a similar "story" was breaking at Creighton and nothing ever came from that rumor either.  Methinks someone out there is giggling about their misguided ability to create sports panic.
