I mean, the scrubs got a really long run. Nice to get them that kind of extended run even if it turned a 50 pt win into a 39 pt win. Plus it's good time for developing guys like rice and diop. But the last ten was real hard to watch.

How that team scored 51 points in 2nd half after 11 in the first half is beyond me. Came away annoyed they were pressing until the very end but whatever.  Bring on the Hoosiers

Would we have won by 50-60 had we kept the starters in though?  It begs the question… should we have?  Especially with how the NET works.

A lot to like. 
1) - Guys made it thru while avoiding major injuries.

2) - 1st half defensive intensity was good, if not great. Gary and Allick set the tone 

3) - Got some of our guys some good looks and they shot fairly well. Wilcher had a nice productive night, as an example.

4) - SCS pressed full court the entire game. Most of the time we handled it well. Final 8 or so minutes, mainly based on personnel, we definitely did not. 
 

Have to get Mast back and Tominaga going. Let the meat of the conference play begin!!!!

Did anyone else note that at one point in the first half both Josiah and Keisei had scares with their ankles.  Nobody can convince me that Josiah, Keisei and Juwan are 100% healthy.  So that is a bit scary.

Keisei either read or heard the complaints about his antics and his overall spirit.  He is playing much more concise and stoic.  I, for one, miss his uncurbed enthusiasm.

who the hell would complain about keisei? he's clearly an enthusiastic player. the kind every fanbase loves when they're on their team. hope none of those people were Husker fans.

Keisei had a few rebounds, steals, and dove for a loose ball. No problem with his effort at all. He was definitely not hunting shots either. Thought he played well in his limited time.

*-With the win, the Huskers completed non-conference play with a 10-1 mark. It marked the fifth time since World War II that Nebraska finished non-con play with just one loss (10-1, 2018-19; 10-1, 2003-04; 12-1, 1991-92; 11-1, 1977-78) since World War II.
*-Nebraska improves to 11-2 on the season, matching its best 13-game start since the 1991-92 team opened with a 12-1 mark after 13 games.

*-Nebraska’s 91 points is a season high (previous high 89 vs. Duquesne). It is Nebraska’s highest point total since scoring 93 at Penn state on Feb. 27, 2022. NU also had a season-high 22 assists.

“Jarron had a great week of practice. We were prepared to throw him out there, and I thought he gave us a really nice lift. I believe he had six in the first half, both were threes. He was really rock solid and I’m proud of Boogie (Coleman) for hanging in there and being ready for when his name was called. I told him to just be ready, your time is going to come again and the way he practiced, he deserved the opportunity to go out there in the first 10 minutes of that game and he took advantage of it. He’s a veteran guy that knows how to play. They were pressing us all the way to the end and our guys were gassed and they were exhausted. I think Boogie had six turnovers, but those weren’t all his fault. He’s out there with the guys that haven’t had a lot of minutes. He’s going to be an important part of what we do the rest of the way.”
