Happens with a lot of under the radar kids.  Look at Parker’s original offers around when  he made his first unofficial here.  IIRC, Indiana State may have been his best offer at the time.

Part of being under the radar is that better programs can afford to be more picky. Sometimes we offer guys sooner because our bar is lower.
