REDZONEDAN Posted December 30, 2020 Report Posted December 30, 2020 I saw he is 1-1 from three and currently leading scorer with 9 points. Quote
Popular Post millerhusker Posted December 30, 2020 Popular Post Report Posted December 30, 2020 Roby now has more career starts than Justin Patton and Khyri Thomas combined. Feels good. REDZONEDAN, dustystehl, Shawn Eichorst's Toupee and 14 others 1 2 5 9 Quote
royalfan Posted December 30, 2020 Author Report Posted December 30, 2020 Roby the OKC riverwind player of the game on the broadcast. 19 and 7 with a steal and a pair of blocks. Wouldn't be a Husker outing without going 0-3 from the line though. tcp 1 Quote

The Polish Rifle Posted December 30, 2020 Report Posted December 30, 2020 Sometimes I lay awake at night and think about the fact we had Cope, Palmer, Watson, Roby - all experienced - and somehow went 6-14/finished 13th in the conference. Looks like this will be one of those nights. Anyways, Roby is a good kid and deserves all the success he gets. Looking forward to watching him play in the NBA for the foreseeable future. The Cope injury really sent that whole thing into a real downward spiral. I still vividly remember that moment, and still believe we could’ve salvaged that season if that injury wouldn’t have happened. BjoeHusker, Handy Johnson, royalfan and 2 others 5 Quote

Handy Johnson Posted December 30, 2020 Report Posted December 30, 2020 Any chance Palmer sees any minutes with the Clippers this year...? Quote
arliepro Posted December 31, 2020 Report Posted December 31, 2020 No, he doesn't have either a regular NBA or 2-way contract. Handy Johnson 1 Quote

He has had a weird start to the season. Doesn't play the first two games, starts the 3rd game, scores 19 points, gets 7 rebounds, 2 blocks, and a steal in 28 minutes. Comes off the bench the next game, scores 7 points, grabs 6 rebounds, in 18 minutes. Then, doesn't play in the next game. Quote

He'll get some minutes, Poku has to get reps. That's their priority this year. I'm EXTREMELY GLAD he's playing well after the horrific preseason he had Quote

Then his play in that start probably earned him the minutes off the bench. But I thought he played well off the bench in that 4th game. Tonight, they played a guy they never really play. So weird. Feel for him, because the kid works his tail off when he is in there. Quote
hhcmatt Posted January 3, 2021 Report Posted January 3, 2021 OKC is not going to be good this year so it's likely they're experimenting and you'll see inconsistent roster usage Ron Mexico and thrasher31 2 Quote

Horford may be a great thing fir Roby. 1–awesome vet to learn from and 2—not very durable so Roby will get minutes. Quote
hskr4life Posted January 5, 2021 Report Posted January 5, 2021 Roby played last night with the Thunder's overseas rookie out. Didn't have a "great" game and didn't shoot it very well either. Quote
