jimmykc Posted April 1, 2017 Report Posted April 1, 2017 According to anonymous sources, Igor Grigory Rasputin-Novy a seven foot center from the remote Siberian village of Pokrovskoe will be playing for the Huskers next season. Little is known about this unexpected recruit other than he is reportedly able to dunk without leaving the floor and plays in a full beard to honor his great-great grandfather. The only remaining hurdle , according to his coach/interpreter Sydd Finch is for him to pass the NCAA clearing house which should be no problem judging from the ease Nebraska had in signing Roburt Sallie. fred1212, Red Don, Norm Peterson and 2 others 5 Quote
JayPak Posted April 1, 2017 Report Posted April 1, 2017 He averaged 20 and 10 in the Siberian Summer League. Me likey! hhcmatt 1 Quote
Buglem Posted April 1, 2017 Report Posted April 1, 2017 Don't forget the 11 assists and 7 steals per game. I heard he's the best point-center in the history of the Siberian league! Bugeaters1 and bigFRED 2 Quote
Blindcheck Posted April 1, 2017 Report Posted April 1, 2017 Wasn't Sydd Finch that great New York meets prospect that just never could get his head straight enough to pitch in the Majors? Ashfan 1 Quote
Popular Post Norm Peterson Posted April 1, 2017 Popular Post Report Posted April 1, 2017 I tried to find video on him, but I got a warning from homeland security about hacking foreign government websites. There's talk of hauling me in front of Congress to testify about my attempt to contact the Russians, but my lawyers are working out an immunity deal. I'll keep everyone posted. jimmykc Posted April 1, 2017 Author Report Posted April 1, 2017 Rasputin was granted a special dispensation from Tsar Nicholas II at the behest of his wife Alexandra in 1907 to use the hyphen. And I'm not making this part up. By the way, I am thinking of petitioning Trump to grant me the use of a hyphen if the Huskers could actually get a 7 foot Russian to come. For the time being Putin still has them all tied up in his "army of trolls". Quote

fred1212 Posted April 1, 2017 Report Posted April 1, 2017 I found that he has moved to California and is now attending a Jr. College there this semester. After being immersed in the culture there for only two months, "he" is now a "she", has changed her name to Gloria, and now identifies as a woman. Bad news for Miles but good news for Williams as she now plans to be a "lady" Husker. jimmykc, mwm89, Norm Peterson and 3 others 5 1 Quote
