Cale played 36 minutes. His play made it hard to keep him off the floor. His last three halves have been very impressive. Solid and steady.

His steady, no-nonsense play was a breath of fresh air. I had full confidence that he'd make a play. And he delivered with 7 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocked shots. Proud of Cale, he's the Johnny Trueblood of this team!

I am as excited about Cale's performances as the next guy. I think we do need to take into consideration  that Arizona State had one big man and he fouled out in playing very few minutes. Georgetown was missing three starters including a post they lost earlier this year that was projected as a one and done. They didn't have a "real" post and the closest they did to that fouled out. Morgan could have set career highs if he had become the primary focus. Boise State will be bigger including one of the Hanson triplets from Slap shot. We will not be able to play with that small line up for very long without getting punished.

I think you start Meah if he is healthy with Morgan off the bench.  Morgan just plays better coming from the bench.

If Cale keeps up this level of play he'll be able to dress as well as his great great great grandfather Peter Jacobsen did
