It's interesting we have picked up two transfers from the conference, and lost one to another conference school.  With the B1G now at 18 teams, it doesn't seem to be a big deal to lose a player to another conference school.  That is unless you're Rutgers.  Many of their fans are bitter Griffiths came to Nebraska.

Essegian will thrive here, just like Griffiths.  GBR!

Oh boo hoo, if Pikiell had the chance to pick up a transfer the quality of Griffiths he would do it in a heartbeat. Whether from in-conference or not.

Can someone tell me why he didn't play this year after such a good freshman season?

Combination of an early season injury plus guys getting ahead of him in the rotation. Decent chance we landed one of those guys who just needs playing time.

You can be a Creighton fan. They're super athletic.

I have to think that is what we're looking at with our next two scholarships

I’m sure hoping we land somebody who averaged in double figures last year before we’re done. Oh, well! We’re checking the box for elite athleticism, though.

Worster was 9.9 and Morgan was 12.9.

Pleasantly surprised by the rebounding rates from Essigian over the last couple of years. Will easily be a plus over Keisei or CJ in that department.  Not entirely sure what Griffiths brings in that department because of how dominant Cliff was there.

It looks like his rebounding picked up with his shooting when he started getting regular minutes the last 7 games. 3-6 boards a game, think that will improve as he gets stronger. Looks like maybe the light went on for him at the end of the season, excited to see what he brings
