They're both PGs currently in the class of 2021. Why would one come here if the other was committed?

We are going out to see Whitt today before he comes here this weekend. We appear to be hot and heavy

The idea of Whitt is probably too get him on campus next year. Need a backup PG pretty badly. At least I'd imagine it's for next year

You think Hunter is a true PG?  I think he's a combo guard.  There's no way I'd keep either one on the bench.

I thought there was a distinct possibility of Carter Whitt being a 2020 recruit.... is that still the case?

I saw Whitt was at the game tonight.  Hopefully he see’s an opportunity to play right away and reclassifies to 2020.

He was front row of student section. Was on his phone a lot and I would guess his mother and maybe a brother or friend were with him. Hope it went well, we need the help

Was watching intently the first half, second half the phone got a pretty good work out, at least he stayed to the end.

I don't think watching one game can sway one way or the other.. But the turn out for a 7 win team could.

In light of recent events I’m more curious than ever to see if:

1. He reclassifies for the 2020 season

2. If our ability to offer playing time can help us land him

Does Cam Mack staying/leaving have some say in our chance with Carter?

 

At this point, I wouldnt be shocked to see Fred move on from Cam but wonder if Cam stays does that mean we are out on Carter?
