The Huskers land the 8th spot in this holiday tourament.

This happens to be the same tourney that the eastern Omaha squad defeated Clemson last season to take that 'top spot' in the Caymans.

I’m guessing this is probably the best we could do under the circumstances. It’ll be interesting to see what the rest of the Non-Con looks like. Will we get the bottom feeders in the ACC/Big East challenge? Think I read somewhere the Big East deal wasn’t being renewed.

I’d say this is a great tournament for a team with a lot of new parts to participate in.

Looks like New Mexico St brings back a lot of their team that almost knocked off Auburn in the first round of the tourney

I know Washington St is not good but to have them at 284 is ludicrous.

Part of the equation is players for next year and Washington St has 5-6 guys on scholarship ATM.  This will increase as they sign guys, especially if they're any good.

From their 2018 news release:

"Multi-platform sports network Stadium will produce all 12 games of November’s (2018) Cayman Islands Classic college basketball tournament, airing exclusively on Facebook Watch."

I remember watching some of the Creighton Clemson game last year. Stream quality was actually relatively good, surprisingly.

Watched some broadcasts on Stadium during the bubble watch two years ago.  They put on decent productions.  Still watching streams obviously not the same.
