    Did you know that, in his freshman season at Western Kentucky, Dalano Banton averaged 3.4 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 15.1 minutes per game? In his freshman season at Dayton, Mike Sharajvamts averaged 5.6 points, 1.9 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 23.1 minutes per game. For comparison.

    expansion rumors.....again: not sure how credible "thespun" is, but, here it is... "The Big Ten could be in the market for new members fairly soon. According to Jim Williams, there are 10 teams that have been vetted by the Big Ten for possible membership. Those 10 schools are Cal, Stanford, Oregon, Washington, Georgia Tech, Virginia, North Carolina, Duke, Utah, and Miami."

    Lloyd will play wherever we need him. I'd take him at his word that he's a combo guard and our guards will pretty much be positionless. Also, his pops moved to Lincoln from Cali so I think the fam is pretty sold on where Fred's program is headed. High bball IQ dad and son. Really excited for Jr. to get on the court. So is he.
