The job Bandoumel did on Nembhard was absolutely incredible.  He as scared to attack him at some point.  That was fun as we are grown men and Creighton, as skilled as they are cannot look us in the eye and be all the confident.

Back in 2014, I started a bet with the bluejay alums that the loser buys donuts. So, I did, every single year except 2018. I did not do the bet this year. Well, I’m buying red donuts tomorrow and bringing them in, courtesy of Fred Hoiberg and the guys who played their butts off.

Bluejay fans are the most unlikeable fans I know.

Been looking at the Creighton Facebook page. If a Husker fan posts...you got some asking what Husker fans are doing on a Creighton Board and then you got other Creighton fans talking about how they had hoped the Husker Football team was going to be great and that the Creighton Team is reminding them of that.  Man...they all need to seek psychological help.

Don't think about it that way, rather think of it like this:  Creighton fans are now forced to root for us the rest of the year in the hopes that by the end of the season this won't be such a bad loss for them.  And you know that would make pieces of them die doing that...or at least it would if they weren't already hollow, dead husks of people already.

It's quite humorous to see the Creighton heads just saying they needed to make 3s when all they needed to do was pressure us up the court.  I guess you can't play Shareef Mitchell when you have 'the best starting 5 in basketball' out there

Didn't we have this discussion a bit earlier this season?

Scheierman has 8 FT attempts this season.  Last season he had 121.  The Jays turned him into Ray Gallegos and scored 53 points on us at home.

In his post-game press conference Fred Hoiberg gave effusive praise to his assistants, Nate Loenser, Adam Howard, and Ernie Zeigler, for coming up with the game plan against Creighton.  Things may be taking shape for Fred and his Staff!!!

I'm sure they'll be relieved when conference play starts.  The Big East sucks this year and they'll fart out enough wins on their home court to be overrated enough to make the tournament.

That was extremely curious with Shareef.  The only thing Mitchell does at a high level is apply pressure on the other team’s ball handlers. That happens to be our Achilles heel.  Normally McDermott is a strong game planner.
