Shows you how much team chemistry matters, which is basically a huge advantage to every national team not hailing from the states. Though USA was lacking their true stars they didnt role out a bunch of scrubs. There was an article on ESPN that said the current USA squad would have been projected to win like 56 NBA games aka 1st or 2nd overall record. Something like that. Anyway i prefer USA using their young players and second teir stars. Makes for a much more competitive and interesting tourney.

Ive read multiple sources that have said he looks all of 265 but looks closer to 6'7 in height. FWIW

If the B1G dude can rebound in a big way in the Big Ten, then it's fine if he's "only" 6'-7". Can't wait to see Yvan in motion on Fri.

On a related note - the player who led the NBA in rebounding in more consecutive seasons than anyone else in history was 6'7".

Ouedraogo is no Barkley but probably the biggest thing is he's no plodder so his fit into this offense should work.  We'll see what happens when he is the primary rebounder on a team.

He should help this year, perhaps even play a pretty important role, but he is not a savior, nor should he be.  But he certainly looks like a player.  I would take him over Jordy in a heartbeat.

He showed a decent touch w some footwork, then missed a couple of absolute bunnies, then dunked a couple, so I would take him over Jordy but he’s still pretty raw.

What about his wingspan? Adam Woodbury was 7' but when you have arms like a T-Rex it's not as impressive.

Ed is probably about 6’5.5”. If Ed was actually 6’7” then he’d be listed on a roster at 6’8”.
