2021 4 PG Carter Whitt -> Wake Forest->Furman

I've seen zero indication that Whitt is going to reclassify to 2021. In fact just saw he had his AAU lined up for this summer.

I saw that he is playing ball this summer on the Nike EYBL circuit. Which makes wonder if he is going still planning to reclassify. Of course, I can also see this as a fall back plan and not set in stone that he's going to play summer ball.

Robin Washut seems to think that Carter Whitt will stay in the 2021 class and not reclassify to 2020, with Nebraska continuing to recruit him.

That's fine, too, depending on the status of Cam Mack et al for NU at the point guard position in 2020-21. I hope Nebraska is able to gain a certain Whitt in 2021. This past season took me to my wit's end. But I'll ready to dive right back in the deep end next year. And the following season regain my full Whitt.

Carter is officially remaining in the 2021 class; he is not reclassifying to 2020.

He's still at the top of the guys I want for 21. He's going to brewster for his senior year.

Sounds as if things are heating up and he could potentially come in at semester. No clue on scholarship and how that would work but sounds like we are the front runners.

247 just dropped a CB for us also. I have no clue how the scholarships work out, but he's a guy who's been atop or near the top of our board for a while.

As currently constructed if he came here at mid-semester he'd have to walk-on.  We have one available for 2021.

This would make me wonder if someone is planning to leave.

I'm pretty pumped about Carter Whitt. I think his B1G arrival could be a boon to NU recruiting efforts for the future.

He would take the final 2021 ship correct? We have a bunch of 2021 football guys enrolling in Dec so assume the same thing, especially if he is not playing this year.

Except that if he comes in at semester, he would either have to walk on, or a scholarship player would have to leave before the semester starts like we had last year with Samari Curtis.  

 

Its not like football because they are playing at in both semesters whereas football they can roll them back due to players that graduate in December.
