    One of the things I hate the most with so many college hoops floor designs is the amount of visual clutter that gets jammed on the floor like different stains and painted areas, skylines and state outlines and whatnot. I have always much preferred a clean look, so for me this is pretty good. This is honestly a pretty close facsimile of the original BDSC court design and for me that's pretty cool.

    I remember the Big 8/12 Phillips 66 game of the week on Saturday afternoons. Then during the conference season there was always a doubleheader. Then following the BB games there was always some syndicated Sci-fi show such as The Outer Limits!

    The good news is the script Huskers logo is a registered trademark and in the official UNL AD brand guide still so it will not be going anywhere any time soon.

    It was pretty good, Gary and Brice repped us really well. Two things Fred has said a couple times now. His hardest job will be getting everyone minutes and Berke is very talented and will play some 5 in smaller lineups. Seems pretty confident in this group.

    Generic. The block N looks awful. Who's in charge of this stuff? It would be amazing to be like the Celtics and have Herbie spinning a basketball at center court. I'd do a dark parquet floor too. Now I kind of hate it. @49r

    Feb 2013. I'm not sure which game was my last. I missed the last one for sure but I think I also missed the second to last one due to prior obligations. I think that game against Iowa got moved up a day because of weather. Unfortunately they seats I sat in no longer exist. I think they're a suite now.

    Somewhat of a statistical oddity that all 18 teams on Torvik's rankings fall into three distinct tiers: 8 teams ranked #17 through #34, 7 teams ranked #41 through #50 (this is the really odd one), and three teams ranked #71 through #74.

    By contrast, Torvik has 4 of the 16 Big 12 teams ranked below Penn State. We may not be as top heavy as the Big 12 but I'd say a really strong case could be made for the Big Ten as the strongest hoops league this year.

    Does everyone remember when Saturday during the winter months was college basketball day? I counted only 4 Saturday games this year for Nebraska! There are 11 Sundays, which I don't mind as it fits my schedule better but it really seems strange having such few Saturday games.
