The student section all banging on the seat backs and bleachers made it sound like thunder. Not sure if the tv microphones picked up on that but it was cool in person.

That may have been the best atmosphere in PBA besides "no sit Sunday".

I have season tickets in 301 and it was loud up in the rafters. 

CJ, Mast, and Williams were unreal! 

I had a bad good feeling about this game. I was way too hyped up walking to the arena and I know, when I start off too high I end up too low. That first half almost proved me right again. That second half was incredible. I agree with Fred, that was the loudest game I may have ever been to. My throat is still sore from yelling last night.

Rewatching the game and the Wilcher heat check 30-40 footer gave me huge Petteway No Sit Sunday heat check vibes.  

Looking at the 7 minute stretch where we passed the ball to Chucky twice and had 6 straight empty possessions

I'll say this for the crowd: It was juiced up tonight to the point that when I went to try and hit the bathroom with 3 minutes to go in the half to beat the crowd that there was a line out the door!

PBA is a tough place to play.  One of the best in the conference and you won’t convince me otherwise.  Part of that is the fans.  Phenomenal.  Best bang for the history we have in the entire nation.

Peacock announcers after the Ohio State said... and I quote "If the NCAA Tournament was played at PBA Nebraska would be the national champions"... We need to play with the same intensity on the road

Damn that’s impressive.  He definitely has to be 6th man of the year in the Big Ten.  I really appreciate his attitude and the way he has embraced his role on this team.  We wouldn’t be talking about potentially making the NCAA tournament without him.  He very well could be our MVP this year.

After sleeping on it for a night, the refs sucked, but the Badgers did a lot to cause that problem.  If we have learned anything, the refs seem to favor the team that is the aggressor if they are on a run and they favor the home team.  Some of the calls last night were absolutely atrocious (like the call on Wahl where he ever so lightly touched the back of the Nebraska player that turned into a 3 point play.  It was ridiculous given the hacking going on the other end.

However, if the Badgers want to stop that kind of nonsense in the future, then play better.  Execute.  Be aggressive.  Don't turn passive.  Take the game to the opposition instead of letting them dictate.  I stand by what I said previously, this is a good learning experience, even for a veteran group.  Come tournament time you win by taking it.  We let the crowd and Nebraska dictate to us last night and became timid with passing.  Our offense ground to a halt because of poor ball movement and guys playing to "not lose" instead of playing "to win."  Get after it Sunday and let's kick the crap out of Purdue.

Wild to think they were getting screwed, especially in OT. I get the foul totals were skewed but they aren’t going to call fouls when Wisconsin was out of control for most of the 2nd half
