I really expected him to come here for the Wisconsin game but not going to happen.  This gives Iowa a strong recruiting advantage when he goes there for a game on his official visit and will come here to see an empty arena.  Also, his mom must live in Iowa or something as he posted on his twitter account that he will get to see his mom this weekend and hasn't seen her for a long time.  I really, really want this kid but it's not looking promising.

Trey just tweeted at me that he is coming to Nebraska next for an official visit. 

 

It's to bad he won't be able to see a game atsmophere but at least he is coming.

Your not crazy!!!  That is why there are so many schools after this kid.  It appears we are in this final 3 at least.  If we could land him and move Tai to the off guard spot and with the returning trio of sophomores (pitchford, shields, petteway), we could do some damage next year.

Lots of times you see guys like Dickerson retweet something that has been sent to or tweeted at them.  Tonight, he retweeted a tweet by Lee Barfknecht that didn't say @(whatever his twitter handle is) talking about our big big big BIG win!

 

We have his attention.

We need one more guy in addition to Trey who can come in and be a significant contributor in the post.  A beast who can rebound, defend the rim, and even score in the paint (but that would be an added bonus.)  Just still need that big and I see Hammond in more of a developmental role where he still gets minutes but not starter's minutes.

The relevant part of that was that he favorited the tweet.  But he favorites and RT's basically anything that mentions him.  So, no, it probably doesn't mean all that much.
