Did anyone else notice Strom finished 6th in class A in 3-point percentage at 44.1%? Pretty impressive for a big guy.

A favorable comparison, with respect to size and skills, would be with Andrew Drevo. I think Strom would maybe have the edge over where Drevo was in high school regarding footwork and back to the basket skills, and maybe a little better athletically, but its been a long time since I saw Drevo playing for Lincoln Christian so I cant say for sure. Drevo should have been a Division 1 player from the start, I don't know why he wasn't.

Drevo could dunk decently, couldn't he? Strom actually struggles. I like Strom, he's right now just a victim of being an in betweener size and athletically.

That hardly seems like a step up from SDSU.  You'd think Nagy would be up for a bit higher profile job.

I highly doubt Daum would choose lose a year of eligibility to transfer now.  He would be better suited to graduate after his junior year and be a senior transfer so he can actually play for 3 years instead of 2.

Well, that doesn't mean much Norm...maybe they're just slow playing him?  You can do that when you have 5* kids (redshirting) in your pocket.

 

I still bet they knew about him way before anybody else...furthermore, I bet he's a perfect fit for the system they run.

I think I've seen football offers for Strom as well. Is he going to be another Jacobson?

Does Chandler have the motor to go with the size?

It's a must for UNO to lock up the local talent that isn't quite good enough for Nebraska or Creighton. The good thing is there is a lot of it for the Mavs.
