Not sure if this is the place to post this, but holy moly the end of this UCLA game has been wild.

Sad to see the refs absolutely change the outcome.

I’m not too sad. Needed ucla to get that one. Although they tried their best to give it away.

Nebraska, up until today, only had to win the games they should win, not all of them. Now, there are only two games left before postseason. Must-win, however, it’s two or three games against like teams. If they win tonight, Iowa will be a huge game. Lose, and have to win in Indy.

Do they have what it takes? I’m not giving up. All I want is a tourney win. That’s it!

Head to head against another bubble team and on the road no less. Must win for both teams really.

and yet I’m sick to stomach thinking of watching our guys come out flat and play with minimal effort for 10-20 minutes.

Bring the Creighton or Oregon effort or it’s over. If Fred has any sort of Herb Brooks in him tonight is the night to use it.

Bubble Watch:

Georgia @ South Carolina: South Carolina has become like our best friend. They are a bad loss for teams, but also not a win that would bump a team up over us. They also took down Arky. Keep the Gamecock train rolling.

Rutgers @ Purdue: No bubble implications here, but a huge loss for Rutgers would probably knock them down to a Q3 game for us. We don't need another Q3 loss.

North Carolina @ Va Tech: UNC is one of the teams we are absolutely fighting with on the bubble. We need them to lose. Period. Their resume isn't "that" impressive at 1-10 in Q1 games. This would be a 2nd Q3 loss though.

St. Louis @ Dayton: Dayton has a chance to backdoor their way in if they keep winning. Need them to take an L.

VCU @ Duquesne: VCU likely in barring a major collapse, but mucking things up at the mid-major level is always a good thing.

Creighton @ Seton Hall: Need CU to keep rolling so that win stays looking good.

Texas @ Mississippi St: Texas is still within striking distance and this would be a huge road win for them.

Baylor @ TCU: Baylor continues to drop and the resume isn't great by any means. Same number of Q1 wins as us, but no Q3 losses. This would be a TCU sweep for the year though if it happens. TCU still has a ways to go so I think we want them here.

Nova @ GTown: Nova still a ways to go, but a loss wouldn't hurt us.

WVU @ Utah: Think we want Utah here. A mucked up B12 is possible and how will the committee handle that being not a great conference this year?

Syracuse @ SMU: Could use Syracuse to beat SMU and make it two L's in a row. SMU still right there on the bubble.

SJSU @ Colorado St: Come on Tim, help an old friend out. Colorado St is on a heater and could play their way in with the MW being a decent conference.

New Mexico @ Nevada: Come on Nevada, need the MW to not look as good as many are saying they are. Remember what happened last year though with the MW come tourney time. They looked awful. Does that affect their bubble teams this year?

Boise St @ Air Force: Fly HIGH Air Force and do us a favor by giving Boise an AWFUL loss.

Indiana @ Oregon: I'd rather have a fellow bubble team lose than be a Q2A win, so come on Oregon. Do us a favor and beat the Hoosiers please.

Arky @ Vandy: With Vandy pretty much a lock now, I'm going to say we want them to just keep winning rather than giving another bubble team life. Arky is reeling after their defeat at South Carolina.

San Diego St @ UNLV: See above notes on a mucked up MW. Some are saying this could be a 3-4 bid league with the weak bubble.

Is that all?

Okay if we do lose tonight but beat Iowa. Do we still have a chance if

we anything in the Big Tournament?

If we lose tonight and then beat Iowa, I would say, at minimum, we'd have to win at least our first two in the B1G tournament. BUT we may even need 3 to feel safe.

Bad news-- we're likely to wake up with a 3rd Q3 loss tomorrow too thanks to Rutgers getting the doors blown off.

Rutgers dropping to 77 bumped USC to 75. So… still 2 in this department. But our metrics are rough rough.

Going to probably take winning the next three to even be considered for Dayton.

For what it’s worth (probably not much) the so-called experts are saying we must beat Iowa and win at least two in the tourney (first round game wouldn’t help our metrics) to make it to the Dance.

insane that theres actually still a sliver of hope... please just beat iowa at this point though

They had multiple opportunities all season and didn't take advantage. I think it's over unless they win the B1G tournament. It's a shame, because Brice may be the purest scorer I've ever seen in a Husker uniform. Dude is automatic, just doesn't have the jimmies and joes around him.

Given most of the 7 win teams in conference own the tiebreakers on us, we won't even be in the B1G tournament unless we beat Iowa.

Looking at the generator, if USC loses tonight and against UCLA Saturday we'd be in even if we lost to Iowa. I know that's asking a lot from Washington, but USC hasn't exactly been great lately either.
