I think there is contact in some cases before the player enters the portal, so some know where they are going before they enter.

Anytime you see someone enter with a “Do Not Contact” flag, you can assure they most likely know where they are going and have probably been contacted.

 

Don’t know if Okpara had one.

Most certainly. Okpara played some of his HS ball in Chattanooga and was recruited by Rick Barnes out of HS
