Fullbacksympathy Posted August 14, 2021 Report Posted August 14, 2021 That a kid. Two of my favorite high character players with him and Roby in the league now. millerhusker 1 Quote
49r Posted August 14, 2021 Report Posted August 14, 2021 It’s simply amazing! Delano is like the poster child of “making the most of your opportunities.” Congrats Delano!dAlanoSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk hskr4life 1 Quote

Still Droppin' Dimes like D.B., the easier nickname for Dalano Banton as well as Damon Benning & defensive backs nationwide. hhcmatt 1 Quote

We all knew that was necessary but he spent two years with a shooting guru of sorts and he struggled changing those mechanics. Was money the necessary motivator? Quote
Tallbaby21 Posted October 11, 2021 Report Posted October 11, 2021 He couldn't have landed in a better scenario. The Raptors are probably the best team in the league for player development. Quote

millerhusker Posted October 21, 2021 Report Posted October 21, 2021 (edited) Solid first game for Dalano. In 12 minutes he had 7 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and no turnovers. Tonight was the first time since 2009 (I think - Lue and Moore) that Nebraska had two former players play in NBA games. Edited October 21, 2021 by millerhusker Quote
millerhusker Posted October 21, 2021 Report Posted October 21, 2021 Dalano’s official height is 6’7”. The exaggeration of our players’ heights is getting out of hand. hhcmatt 1 Quote

Both came out of the 2nd round. That's ... not usual. millerhusker 1 Quote

Who can forget when those two “middling” programs squared off in the 1986 NCAA Tournament with 6’6” Bernard Day starting at Center for Dave Hoppen. Huskerpapa Posted October 30, 2021 Report Posted October 30, 2021 Delano looks to be a solid pro at this point. He has opportunities to further his game, and if he does, he could be pretty special. Yes...I am a bit surprised. He has unique tools for his size, but he didn't seem to step out last season as a NBA type talent. Good for him!! Quote
