Glynn Watson working on ball handling.  Good to see him keeping busy over spring break working on skills development.

So, what are the other guys up to?

Jake Hammond?  Eating, lifting, eating, lifting, studying, eating, lifting, eating, eating, freethrows.

Andrew White?  500 treys by 5:00 p.m.  Every day.

Anton Gill?  Xbox for an hour, nap, study some film, chill.  Eat some pizza.  Visualize greatness.

Jack McVeigh?  Shoot like an American, shoot like an American, shoot like ...

Tai Webster?  Shoot like an American, shoot like an American, shoot like ...

Michael Jacobson?  Watch the Sweet 16 with McVeigh and Webster and ... shoot like an American, shoot like an American ...

Ed Morrow?  Read book "How to Score without Dunking"

Bakari Evelyn?  Search internet for colleges and universities that offer major in Music Therapy.  OK, other than KU.

Not to discredit ajb5856, but, again, this is all speculation. Until I hear or see something from Ed, another player, or coach, I'm going to assume this is simply a rumor that he is unhappy at all.

Do you really think Bakari is that set on not being here next season?

And I like their twitter pics...Jack when he got fired up and T'd up against Indiana, and Glynn's sweet reverse layup on a fast break in the B1G tourney against Wisconsin!

Glynn is really good at that move.  That's a normal part of his arsenal.  He must put some English on it because I don't see how it goes in, otherwise.

I think there may be a lot of wisdom in Norm's Post #2.

We have to go back to when Norm was 4 years old to find his post #2...

Norm was 4 in 2005??? That would make him only 15 now!! Norm, are you working on your learners permit yet?

Soon as I get out of braces. One thing at a time.

In the next 8 months ... Jack needs to make big improvements in his quickness/speed/athleticism

In the next 8 months, we as fans, need to decide that we're tired of not watching our team in the NCAA Tournament and any step below that is not progress.

I think we all decided that many years ago.

Not really. Have you seen the sunshine pumpin' going on around here with the "next year" crowd?

Really wondering what all the bashers are going to have to say when Miles loads us up on big men in the next couple months. Yes, I'm waiting for that to happen. They are saying 'sunshine pumper' and whatever but when it does happen what will they say? Because you have to be blind to not see how close we were this year and that's with all freshman and no big. Add a big or two or three and then there's no reason not to be optimistic. I'm still waiting...

Between this thread and the In the next 8 months thread.... I hope you are finding away to blow off steam and release that built up anger and stress. Your posts should be good for your health.

Brilliant!  We've been wasting all of that time trying to recruit better players.  Turns out, all we need is for the fans to want it more.

Oklahoma's starting center: Ryan Spangler, 6'8", 235# senior; 10.5 ppg; 9.3 rpg; 54.9 FG%; 36.4 3-pt%

I'm not sure what he brings to the floor physically that Michael Jacobson couldn't develop for us.

Excellent point. I keep warning everyone clammoring for a big man that landing one doesn't necessarily mean he steps on campus, finds the floor, and makes the difference we need. Big men take 2, 3, 4 years to develop and we've got a couple rostered right now that might fit that mold even though they look less than ideal right now.
