WELP 1-3. Maybe the pundits were right about the Huskers finishing 9th at best.

I think we're better than that mostly because we're really good at home. but that's what we were last year, too.

what we're not is able to win on the road for whatever reasons. .500 still a good probability, but the idea that this could be a "special season" kind of has to get flushed at this point. Still a tourney team, but the high seed fantasies can take their vacation.

I am sooo disappointed.  I thought we were a much better team than what we are showing.

This is more disappointing than not making the Dance last year.

We we were supposed to be one of the best teams in school history. Now we’re looking to struggle to finish .500 in conference.

Games like this are why this is a make or break year for Miles.

There is zero reason to bring this staff back if they don't win at least one come tournament time because their coaching ability doesn't warrant another rebuilding cycle without significant milestones attached first.

The dumb thing is if we even make 2 of those missed 3s, it's a different game. Looked like Kyrie must have been out there in gold, because I've rarely seen Watson have a game like that that didn't involve that dude. Rough shooting night, hope we're can get right at home

I'm not so sure about that. The Big Ten last year is different than the Big Ten this year.

Going 10-10 in conference this year puts us in a much better position than 13-5 last year, in my opinion.

The amazing thing is that as poorly as we played, 18% on treys vs 45%, FTs, 75% vs 89%, and 2nd chance points, 9 vs 18; that we were still in the game @ the 3' point.

Hard to imagine this is the consistency Moos is looking for.

Unfortunalty we are going to have to be flawless yet again at home.

I don’t want Moos hiring a basketball coach. His one hire was marginal twice.

Don’t expect to beat Sparty in Lincoln.

nor should we. if there's a team that is built to destroy us inside, it's that one.

but we still have a few road games against teams we can actually beat.

i think we're looking still at .500-ish. But nothing really better than that. we don't have the makeup to win on the road.
