ah, how long ago this feels... like yesteryear...

How high we were! how good (supposedly) we were! and how far we have fallen.

Bit melodramatic, yes, but since mid january we have dropped 6 in a row, and yet only plummeted on KP to 32. 11th in the nation is crazy! also have to realize how good this conference is, I mean we still have 9 teams in lunardi. but we have looked like horse sh*t in person. So depressing, all of this. how mentally weak are our guys?

They’ve wanted to fire Pitino since he sat foot on campus, & they’ve still got a red a** about getting burned by Tubby (never had a winning B1G record) If only they could clone a combination of Musselman/Haskins minus they cheating & assaults...

Minnesota athletics without cheating & assaults is like the ocean without water.

FYI, the Penn State hoops board shut down last month, just after Pat Chambers resigned.  Don't know where to go now for the scoop on PSU hoops, so if anyone has ideas...

Not surprising, but SLU isn't too worried about us.

That's a step up from the regular "worst program in the history of college basketball" stuff that you see on Reddit, so...

"Agreed, here’s why:

1 Nebraska returns only two guys who averaged double-digit minutes last year.

2 Each of those guys averaged single digit points, rebounds.

3 They have a collection of transfers and JUCOs, including leading JUCO scorer nationally last year, a head case, amd even if these guys were all studs it will take time for newbies to gel."

At least someone halfway did their homework.

Im thinking SLU got the better end of the deal leaving us.  (I’m half joking.  They’ll be good this year.)

"Does anyone know why Hoiberg ran off Donovan Williams? There's no way he's worse than these clowns that Nebraska put on the floor today."

Interesting comment from the Badger board....

I don't get it. Donovan Williams played 5 minutes and had no stats for a mediocre team that barely beat UT Arlington today. Nebraska won our game by 50 and every rotation player contributed significantly.
