Not fun, but I could see it happening. No one, including my self is ready to fire the guy... That being said, I'd surely want him to know he doesn't have years upon years to start winning.

...but you seemed so sure about it, pending a certain outcome after the NBA withdrawal deadline.

I didn't say that. I said I'm starting to get off the Tim Miles fan club/he can do no wrong. I do still feel that way if White decides to go pro. I don't ask that you believe people I talk to. Other people in the media have heard the same thing.

Prediction.....

-We get Jordy.... but he has little impact as a freshman. 

-White stays, and we THUMP Creighton at home by 20!!!!

-But..... We get THUMPED by KU.

-Only lose 3 non-conference games

-Finish 9-9 in B1G, win a game in the B1G tournament, and make the DANCE as a 9!

-Then....... Anything can happen!!! (Hopefully at least one thing, one time)

 

When I think of Coach Miles and Jordy, it makes me think of Kevin Bacon in the "Air up There".  Problem is, I currently see TM as Ren from Footloose, since he hasn't brought in that big guy....... But that will change @ 7:00 am Monday.

Jordy will be N

Drew will leave

Yet another unnamed player will follow Drew out the door

In addition to Jordy, we will bring in one, possibly two additional players

Our sophomores will all exponentially be better

Ed will lead our team in rebounding

Gill will be our second leading scorer

Glynn will lead our team in assists

We will get through the year with no major illnesses or injuries.

The end of the year will bring a couple big surprises.

Okay I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed... But why in the hell would Webster leave now?

Didn't he turn down $160,000 to come here three years ago? Has that price gone up so much that he goes now?

Why leave with just one year of school left? And didn't he have a pretty steady girlfriend that has kept him here before?

Just seems weird that now in the middle of summer he would say "f**k it" I am gone.

Because when you hear that Andrew White might not come back it makes you a little punchy.

Yeah he might have said that but he also might have said he wanted to play in the CBI right after we lost to Maryland...and we didn't play in the CBI. I wouldn't lose any sleep over this.

Silver, I have said it before and I'll say it again.  It's because we're bad people and God hates us, that's why.

 

Okay, so maybe He doesn't *totally* hate us.  :D
