Ok, you guys can bitch about the game thread being started 8 days before the game. But Murray State plays two games before they play the Huskers. They are on ESPN+ right now playing Western Kentucky. Murray State isn't very big as a team. But they seem very athletic. The Everly brothers is video for this game. Hailing from Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. Another slow start. Markowski with 8 and Moriarity with 6 is the scoring. The Mocs are quick on defense and our guards are having a tough time getting any penetration to kick out to shooters. Wonder if some illness has impacted some of our players.

I missed the first dunk so when I saw the second dunk and saw he had 4 points I thought..I bet the other bucket was a dunk.

I love that Meah's only shot selection is a dunk. I remember when Jorge Brian Diaz absolutely refused to dunk. It was like he was afraid of hurting the rim. Random note after googling him...he went his whole career at Nebraska as Jorge "Brian" but his entire pro career and his wikipedia page say Jorge "Bryan". He really never corrected anyone on the spelling of his name for 3 years.

Got some good chances to help widen that gap today, need Purdue to pull out a win against Texas A&M today and we should also be rooting heavily for Illinois, UCLA and Ohio State today too. Honestly, it would probably be nice if Creighton could somehow get the upset in Tuscaloosa (but I'm not gonna be holding my breath on that happening, they're a massive underdog). Either way the outcome of that game will be decent for us.
