I'd like, for one game, there wasn't a rush to leave before the final buzzer.

Talk to the AD.  He is usually leading the rush of fans trying to get out of the arena early.

I hardly believe the AD is leaving the PBA. If he's like Boehm, he's outside their locker room or in the tunnel offering congrats as the team and coaches enter.

You may be right - but it sure doesn't appear that way.   When you see Boehm or other athletic department people at the games it is pretty obvious they are working and moving around the arena for that purpose.  SE just is in a seat until the rest of the crowd starts to leave and he goes out at basically that time.  He does go out the north side (NW corner) where no one else can go - not the locker room / courtside booster exit -  but the same end at least so may be he is going to the locker room in an indirect way.   But, that is also the exit direclty toward the administration parking spots so it at least makes it look like he is leaving.

I don't want to make a great big deal out of it and as I said you may be right about what he is doing.  But if you are right - he exits in a strange way.  Why doesn't he go over to the exit the team will go out and stand there and wait and watch the end of the game.  That what you sometimes see Boehm or Paul Meyers doing.  The timing of when he leaves is also odd - not the same each game - just when it first appears the outcome is decided.

Again - I don't know for sure what he is doing.  But if I was in his position I would be aware enough about the appearance of things to not make it look like I was just heading home before the game was over - whether or not that was in fact what I was doing.

SE = The Ghost.  Your observations would be consistent with how he goes about his business.

I am thinking since I can't be there I will just stand for the game in my living room.  When the wife tells me to sit down I will tell her one more comment like that your new delta tau name will be Jean!

Col that was funny right there.

Eichorst goes to the locker room to greet the team as they come off the court.

Maybe he is just following Piatkowski's lead.  Think he has left early for every game I have seen him at.

I will say I wish I could go to the game because it would be electric, but I'm glad I won't for no sit Sunday. I honestly feel horrible standing at events just because of the person behind me. Between me (6'7") and my wife (6'5") we usually get complaints from those behind us that cannot see.

He and boehm were at Indiana greeting the team and coaches. SE fist bumord the players and they had a picture of Chris Harriman hugging boehm.

This may be one of the worst discussions I have seen on this board and I have been posting since collier was here.

Isn't that what the video board is for ?

OT, but worth a post.

I've been watching the Cincinnati v. Rutgers game... I can count on 1 hand how many times 1 or 2 people stood up (outside of the student section) when the game was gaining momentum. However, EVERYBODY else sat down.

For example, Rutgers was down 1 to a #15 team with 1 minute to go. One person stood up after Rutgers scored, but everybody else remained in their seats. Now there's 30 seconds remaining, down 2, and only the students are standing.

AWFUL!

And to tell Miles which players are booted off this week, right?
