Georgia and Clemson are both down, and New Mexico lost its coach. The others are good, not great, teams. That tourney doesn't look that scary to me, although maybe I'm overestimating us.

Three games, not four:

 

"The 2013 Charleston Classic, a men’s college basketball tournament, will feature a bracket format with 12 games over three days. Each team will compete in one game per day, advancing through the bracket. The two teams that remain undefeated throughout will face off in a championship game on the final day of competition."

 

Agree with the other post about the quality of the field.  Not likely that Nebraska wins the tournament, but it is definitely winnable.  New Mexico should be a borderline top-25 team, but there is nothing resembling a great team there.  Caldwell-Pope for Georgia is a great talent, but not sure if his team will be more than mediocre next year.

Will it? Maybe now that the conferences are even, but I though it was a deal where you were guaranteed 2 home games every four years, but they might not alternate.  I could be wrong on that...

Huskers will play Purdue, Indiana, Michigan and Northwestern twice in 2013-14 since those 4 teams only played Nebraska once during conference play last season (according to information in an article in Cedar Rapids-Gazette).

FGCU wouldn't have been my first choice but I think I'm good with it.  If we couldn't get a Kentucky or a Kansas might as well get the Cinderella.
