The B1G has looked solid today. If Michigan pulls this out, which they should, the B1G would be undefeated with two blowouts and a trendy upset pick shattered.

 

That’s with Maryland and Michigan St still to play too.

University of Nebraska has almost double the operating Athletic budget than Texas Tech, fwiw. Not that that is a 1:1 comparison, but it says something.

Plenty of talent in Texas plus their recent success at the National level.  Good coaching, great arena and fan support.

Texas Tech NIL collective founder Cody Campbell sells company for $4.1 billion. He will spend whatever it takes. He spent a million dollars for a softball player.

I'm with you on the coaching matters matter. But TTech has boat loads of money. I'd bet top 10-15 budget in the country.

Don't know about the rest of you, but this is probably the most painful NCAA tourney to watch that we didn't play in.

 

By the end of the day, it appears very likely that 4 teams we beat during the regular season will advance to the round of 32.

 

And three more teams that were one-score losses also look to advance.

 

Damn, this one hurts.
