Maryland's Gillespie is a big reason they beat Nebrasketball twice, he had 22 pts on 5-9 on threes at home in a 69-66 win; then he scored 15 pts on 3-5 on threes with 7 assists in a 83-75 win in Lincoln. He was also a noticeably better ball-handling guard than anyone on NU.

While true, if you are adding Lawrence and Sandfort, you can accept a guy like that.  You need a good defender somewhere on the floor and there are only so many shots to go around

His attitude, demeanor and awful body language. We got rid of all our players who do the "look at me" celebrations after a bucket while being down by 20+ points after Hoiberg's third year here. He is that player. 

His play style might be similar to Bando, but he's the exact of opposite of Bando in terms of culture fit. 

I also just don't think he'd make us better. 

Maybe I feel too strongly about this, but I really don't believe Hoiberg is actually interested in him.

Wonder if he heads home to Minnesota, but one worth monitoring. He can play the 1 and can shoot the ball, so he'd be someone who could make an impact here

Priority #1 in my opinion. I think he’d do great here. He’s probably out of our league

Fact check: He's had 7 technical fouls in 81 career games. I don't know if Nebraska has ever had 7 techs in an 81 game span in program history. Selfish player who would not be easy to root for and he doesn't have the talent/skill to make up for it.

The thing that would be exciting about Pryce is he isn't just a stand still shooter. He can attack off the bounce, and he's super efficient around the rim at going 31-39 (link below). He's the kind of kid who's going to take off in year 3 after seeing college defenses for 2 seasons. He needs to be better defensively, but that can be worked around with his length. Would be a very exciting pickup and I don't want that understated.
