I'm betting the game isn't played.  Does that mean it would show as a win due to forfeit?

Not sure, I just seen where The Iowa vs. Penn St. womens game is being postponed

As many games are being postponed… we may see the season halted soon.

As the rules are currently constructed, yes. I suspect going forward it will be called a no-contest because omicron has changed the dynamics.

This is the most vague "policy" I have ever seen. So if I'm reading this right....games can be rescheduled, cancelled or considered a forfeit. Also you have to have 7 players and a coach to compete, but you can also compete with less than 7 - also you can say it's still too unsafe to play with more than 7.
