You are coming across as a bit of a jackwagon. You should at least understand the rules before going down the jackwagon path.  If Thor returns it does not affect our ability to get an extra recruit.  He doesn't count against our scholarship total any longer.  Even if he did, show some appreciation for a kid that became a great leader down the stretch three years in a row for a club that badly needed one each year.

Thorir will have no effect on our scholarships.

 

 It doesn't take much more effort to point out that Stevenson's style of play doesn't fit well or that having Thorir here might take playing time away from guys who don't know the system as well as he does or even saying nothing at all. Why isn't it fair for your calls for high levels of play to be met with calls for higher levels of commenting?

Did the talent level not needed to be upgraded since the first 2 years of Fred being here? This is a confusing argument. Who are you going to take time away from to play Thor? It's a more than fair question.

While we have a really solid class coming in, but the odds of all or even most of our new pieces being "Thor year 5" ready to go on Day 1 are slim to none.  Thor could provide some valuable experience early in the year when things are trying to click.... and who knows what Thor could do on a team with a bunch of firepower around him.

 Nebraska does have a program for the athletes that “go pro” that allows them to finish their degrees on the school. I would expect that to be an option for him.

It's a fine debate regarding your rotation which is more valuable talent or experience.  Thankfully unlike the last few years I think we are fine on experienced players. With Edwards talent though it wouldnt be surprising if he becomes a starter. We will see.
