i'd like my chances against them in their 3rd game in 60 hours.

This , if Iowa wins I hope we push the ball every chance we get and run their legs out from under them.

It would be just our luck, though, right? Iowa wins this, we beat Iowa, but get no ratings bump, play in the semis and lose a tight one to MSU, and we hear: "They haven't beaten anybody, and that Michigan victory now isn't worth anything."

Nah, we get Iowa and win easily and go into the MSU rested and ready (after MSU has a hard fought win over UW) with payback on our mind...the path is clear, man.

I am rooting for Iowa and then Wisconsin to beat Michigan st.

I want to win the conference tourney and wouldn't mind if the other top seeds bow out early.

This is where I am at too.  It is certainly more fun that way.

On rpi wizard it indicates a Michigan loss would drop them to 32, so it probably would be hard to get back to q1.  At the end of the day, I don't think the committee is that stupid to consider a win over 26 rpi michigan and a 32 rpi michigan a big enough deal to be the difference between us making it or not.

Besides the obvious with how well Iowa played in the first half, they have a great chance to hold off Michigan due to Wolverine foul trouble.  Wagner, Rahkman, and Robinson all with 2 fouls.  All of them will likely play slightly less aggressive, especially if you can saddle them with a quick 3rd to start the 2nd half.

This is what I am afraid of happening!

Only by the people whose opinions do not matter.  The committee sees things a little differently than Palm and Loonardi.

I am still rooting for Michigan.  But I am also rooting for triple overtime
