I agree about the last 3 years.  Next year is a make or break year in my opinion.  It should be for gods sake.  Sip is right that everyone is just ok that this program is mediocre.  People are gonna show up, and unless they dont like Iowa, even with Frans more success, there should be a change.  Fans deserve more for what they have given over the past 30 years

In that regards doesn't playing in the Crown 2 weeks later seem better than the NIT because we are ready to work the portal?

This seems a bit cryptic.  Word on the street is that every big 10 team besides Nebraska and presumably Indiana and Ohio State have opted out.  If Indiana can opt out, I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

Not sure if it's cryptic or just bad organization because there's two competing tournaments they're dealing with.

 

Then again, NIT just announced their field and we're not in it.

I'm sorry, but these postseason bids are getting ridiculous. I also wish the CBC could sort things out the day-of, but not seeming like it.

Robin just reported it appears Ohio St and Penn St opting out of the crown as well. If the crown does end up finding enough teams, it might be a sad field…

Rutgers has opted out of postseason play and could be wrong but I thought USC did too. And Iowa doesn’t have a coach

UCF, Boise and WV looking in. Could end up being a decent bracket. I still think with opt outs you’ll have a couple teams who obviously don’t belong.
