Ok, we start games like shit, that trend has long been established.  What's the answer?  We've started 8 different starting lineups so finding the right lineup probably isn't in the cards.  I keep coming back to what I felt was the turning point on Sunday.  We started pressing and Sam made a hell of a play on an inbound pass that resulted in an acrobatic save to Juwan that led to a jump ball and our possession. From that point on we had energy and focus.

So...how about this.  Let's start off in full court press.  Ohio St. is methodical (plays slow) and is also turnover prone.  Let's speed them up and see if the extra intensity locks us in and creates turnovers and easy baskets.

Start Brice, Juwan, Berke, Sam and Rollie or Morgan and press these bums into submission.

Just do something different please.

Nebraska still has more road wins plus quad 1 wins than any other team on the bubble. Was surprised to see that but it's a fact. The two things the committee wants to know most - can you beat good teams and can you win away from home.

It's March 4th and we still get to talk about the NCAA tournament. I expect the Huskers to come out and compete like hell in this one. Pitino's recent halftime speech really hits home with this Nebraska team. Who cares if your shots aren't falling. Just dig in and fight harder. Anything less would be a major disappointment tonight.

Agreed. The missed opportunities are disappointing, but I'm not sure there's a bad team in the conference this year. All of the "bad" teams have beat some of the "good" teams this year..

Washington beat Maryland

Penn St. beat Purdue

USC beat Michigan St. and Illinois

Northwestern beat Maryland and Illinois

Rutgers beat UCLA

Minnesota beat UCLA, Michigan and Oregon

Correct, and if we’re the Team we claim to be, an NCAA Tournament Team working on Back to Back appearances, You Win these next two & leave the Bubble Talk to the Losers.

After the game on Saturday, I told myself I'm done for this year. We get peacock, not sure if I'll watch. No Kugler, so we might have a chance.

I think about tcp. Maybe a good thing he's not witnessing this last month and a half.  On the other hand, tcp might mean The Cornhuskers Prevail. One never knows...
