Hopefully a game where the team steps up big in Berke's absence.  We'll need it.  Maryland is/can be a very good team.

 

Nebraska with a chance to get most wins against ranked teams in a season.

 

Getting this one would be huge.  Big game.  Hope the crowd is ready.  Real possibilities.

I'll be interested in how they counter marylands double big lineup. My guess is they start Morgan with Sam and Rollie in the back court. Defensively, they'll have to fly around, because Maryland has a few shooters. Iirc, Geronimo was a game changer in college Park, so they'll need to neutralize his energy when he checks in.

They have to defend us as well.  We need Connor to be hot and Gary and  Williams just need to keep doing what they've been doing.

I have a feeling Cale is our 3rd option at the 5, simply because of his strength and knowledge of the system. Hope it doesn’t come to that, but two early fouls on both Brax and Andrew could be bad.

Probably a pick your poison tonight. Have no doubt they can pound us inside if they want to. However, I also have no doubt that they could light it up from outside. Which do we want them to try and accomplish? Maryland has been streaky on the road this year though. Here are their last four road games.

In the last 4 games that the Huskers have won. I haven't listen to KP or the tv. I have only watched 3 of the games. So I'm going with no radio or tv sound again tonight.

IMHO, the invention of the TV mute button was the single greatest event in the history of the World.  Even better than the discoveries of fire or gravity!

I understand why GG isn't playing. Don't expect to see him tonight. My gut still tells me he will help us win a game or two the rest of the season.

Barring any more injuries, I would be surprised if he contributed but pleasantly surprised if he did.  I was excited about his potential coming into the season.
