Holy smokes, Southern stomped Ecclesia 131-42 as well as Champion Chris 121-58.  Never heard of either school...lol.

3-4 day turnaround, lots of travel, sleepy crowd. I could see it being closer than it should.

This is the only game I know I get to go to this year. Got seats a few rows behind our bench. I’ll make sure it’s loud around me.

Be nice to see Griffiths get 15ish minutes of run in this game, never know when we might need him in conference play either due to injury or foul trouble

Champion Christian College in Arkansas. 91 undergraduates. Oy.

 

Ecclesia College in Arkansas. 144 undergrads.

 

They should probably merge, but schisms, you know.

Southern has played a lot of money games this year. Think I saw they did beat Tulsa, has played at Iowa too.  Hope a decent crowd shows up, students are off so the red zone will look much different

Who you root for in that game? My 4 year old is coming home from school talking about the Vikings. I’ve never had a favorite NFL team and am considering jumping onboard to share in his new fandom.

C’mon Now the Purple, Fun Fact: Before Randy Moss ‘98, Local games would regularly be Blacked Out, & we’d have to drive across the River to WI to watch the Vikings Game .

Uhg. When I moved to San Diego I learned about NFL blackouts in the home team TV market. I was incredulous. What a dumb policy. I was trying to finally be a fan of a NFL team. Probably good thing I didn't though. They left town and I learned why all of SD hates the owner, Spanos,  and thinks he's a buffoon. Boy were they right. Have fun renting your stadium...Moron
