If you throw his Japanese name into a translator, it comes out as "Hiroo". Not knowing the language, this could be something like the difference between Bill or William or it could just be a translation thing.

Why isnt he getting more minutes??  seems pretty odd to be scoring a point per minute and not getting more playing time??

Yeah— my thoughts as well— like an NBA summer league player that you know will play a lot of minutes in the actual season but plays sparingly in Vegas type of thing.

Hiroo scored team high 20 today and was 6/14 from 3.  Started and played 21+ minutes (3rd most).  Beat Angola 75-65.  Two more friendly's vs France early Thursday morning our time and Slovenia early Saturday morning our time.  Luka supposed to play for Slovenia Saturday but didn't play against US 2 days ago for precautionary reasons.  France and Slovenia both top 10 in FIBA rankings.
