Me. If you watched it you’d agree. Hoiberg’s inability to get our top players to play team basketball is his failure. 
 

If we win this it will be because creighton went “fuck these guys are bad again looks like another easy route,” and then our second team guys came in and accidentally hit a bunch of 3’s.

I mean, most of us knew it, but can openly admit it. X’a and  O’s, Mac  outclasses Hoiberg by a decent margin. Recruiting (without 100k and the promise of a good job) Matt A is our magic bullet.

There's a difference between building a team and just accumulating talent. I don't know how to get talented but selfish players to start playing as a team. But I'd rather watch competitive basketball with guys like Kobe, Thor, Eduardo, etc than the brutal product we put on the floor with guys like Cam, Teddy and Verge. The good news is, I think Bryce, CJ and Wilhelm have a mix of talent, toughness and selflessness. Now we just need to keep building on that year to year, as opposed to accumulating a new group of talent each year.

Breidenbach plays exactly how you would expect him to play if you just saw a picture of him. Verge plays like someone I would like to never see play again. Poor man’s Bo Spencer.

NU needs to defend much better and with better effort.  Creighton moves the ball well and will get another run if we revert to our old ways.  We have made tough shots to get in contact at half.  Creighton has gotten much better shots.
