I've said in the past that the best thing for our Athletic Department is for this year's MBB to be dancing. Seems like that rings true now more than ever. If Miles can get this thing figured out and dancing, it will bring some much needed stability. Handy Johnson 1 Quote

Huskerpapa Posted January 29, 2019 Report Posted January 29, 2019 Hmm, that is sort of interesting. I have seen numerous examples of Universities providing coaches with votes of confidence, but much less often do you see them come out with votes of confidence for Directors of Athletics. Are Ronnie and Hank next going to provide votes of confidence for the Professor of Mathematics? That said, the smoke must have reached to the highest of levels. Quote

The smoke started at the highest levels. It was the smoke getting quite public that caused the vote of confidence. Which as you say is somewhat unique. A lot of things happening since November. Efforts were always being made to try to make it work. For now, it looks like its working. AuroranHusker and hhcmatt 2 Quote
