hhcmatt Posted January 2, 2018 Report Posted January 2, 2018 I think this is in this thread but Miles has stated he was thinking of him as a 4 Swan88 and throwback 2 Quote

Rich liked to get the ball with his back to the basket and I feel Brady is more comfortable facing. I think they will be greatly different players in college. Rich spent some time in the NBA so we can seriously hope our commit turns out to be in the same neighborhood. I am talking more about physically than where they will play in college. Rich was extremely weak and uncoordinated until his senior year and even then could be pushed around by smaller guys. Same with Patton at O North sometimes it takes the tall kids a lot longer to develop strength. If he is willing to put in the work I think Brady can develop nicely maybe not as much as those two but I like his upside. AuroranHusker 1 Quote
imnothipp Posted January 21, 2018 Report Posted January 21, 2018 Brady H had a triple double tonight against Omaha South . 13 points, 14 rebounds and 11 blocked shots. Nice stat line. Swan88 1 Quote

imnothipp Posted January 21, 2018 Report Posted January 21, 2018 South is not very good this year. Quote
hhcmatt Posted February 26, 2018 Report Posted February 26, 2018 Platteview is the #3 seed in Class B playing Norris tonight for the right to go to state. Assuming they aren't upset you'll have a chance to see Brady in person in Lincoln next week Quote

Husker4theSpurs Posted March 8, 2018 Report Posted March 8, 2018 He actually spent some time in the paint that night and had a nice game. I think having the LOI signed has taken a lot of pressure off of him and he's been able to not try to prove he has "stretch" skills as much. Still thinking he needs a work ethic overhaul, but I wish him the best. Quote
colhusker Posted March 9, 2018 Report Posted March 9, 2018 Can't get Max's Preps to load up box score but Brady and crew got bounced big time today by Gretna. Quote
Art Vandalay Posted March 9, 2018 Report Posted March 9, 2018 Sounds like they zoned them up and gave them 3s but they could not hit anything. Only 35 points with Brady having 11 and 10 Quote
throwback Posted May 18, 2018 Report Posted May 18, 2018 (edited) I believe there have only been a dozen or so 7-foot high jumpers in Nebraska HS track history, and one of them was in Class B this year, so 3rd place is a really good accomplishment. I'm pretty sure 6-8 would've won the all-class gold medal several times over the past couple of decades. Edited May 18, 2018 by throwback Quote
Chuck Taylor Posted May 19, 2018 Report Posted May 19, 2018 Good enough to impress us with his athleticism, but not so good that we worry about him switching to the track team. Swan88 and Silverbacked1 1 1 Quote
jimmykc Posted May 19, 2018 Report Posted May 19, 2018 If he can combine a Fosbury Flop with a dunk it will be most impressive indeed. NUtball, Silverbacked1 and Swan88 2 1 Quote

khoock Posted May 20, 2018 Report Posted May 20, 2018 Good for him. Im a huge track guy but kinda wish he spent the spring in the weight room packing on weight and muscle. Quote
