I'm guessing and hoping that Coach Miles is just doing anything he possibly can to keep this game from being too much of a blowout. I know however that I would feel much better if we would have just kept our foot on the gas and won by 45 or so

Gill looks like he's pressing a lot.  Trying to do too much.  Hopefully once he lets the game come to him he will help us out.  No way I'm throwing him under the bus after 2 games and having to sit an entire season.  Here's to hoping he keeps working hard and plays well Saturday. La Tech won't be easy at all. We need a good home crowd.

Tough game for Mary, they gotta regroup and be ready for Yellowstone Christian College this week.

Just doing some basic offensive efficiency stats, we put up 1.35 points per possession tonight. That is only 0.07 points per possession less than Illinois got against their D2 team tonight, while also scoring 112 points. It's clear we weren't trying to play too fast

All 10 players who played scored between 3 & 10 points tonight.

 

Tai had 20 minutes logged tonight, the most for a starter.

This was a "our neighbor gave us these tickets" game as I ran into at least 4 people I knew who met this criteria

I think Matt has a little bit to drink before every game.  You can usually catch him at Gate 25 around an hour before tip.
