Our next 2 games are against fellow cellar dwellers (winless).

If we can't find a way to get a couple Ws then it will be hard to get outta the cellar and we might end up with a 13 or 14 seed.

Do you guys like our chances? I can't believe it has come to trying to be the best cellar dweller.

In 2013-2014 season, we started 8-4, lost 4 BIG games in a row, 5 out of 6, then went on a roll. This year 8-5, lost 3 in a row.

Who knows, I never dreamt it would happen back then.  Maybe someone steps up and helps out with the scoring and things change this year!  Win a couple on the road and 5 or 6 at the Vault, who knows!

It is so early, every team could come out on top or in the cellar still.  A lot can happen as we are only a tad over half way through the year and still have a winning record.  Never know.  Things are not way south yet, but they also are not way north  either.  We still have a chance to make something out of this season.

We need to win 10 of our next 15 games to even be in the NIT discussion.  Not impossible...but likely improbable considering how poor we have looked the past month.  For a coach/program that has lost 12 Big Ten games in a row that would be an amazing turnaround.

I didn't expect big things to happen this year but I hope the team doesn't get used to finding a way to lose. Being in the cellar doesn't mean we can't be dangerous-just look at Freddie Kreuger.

How tall is he? And does he have a nice jump hook with either hand off his post up move? If so, we can offer him plenty of PT.

Before things get heated (should we lose to Rutgers), I'm just curious of people's opinions about this next game and the bigger picture as a whole.

What does losing to a 6-9 (0-2) team and starting out 0-4 in conference play do to your perceptions about this year or the future? Let's hope this doesn't happen, but you can't rule it out.

Win or lose vs Rutgers I don't think it changes much for this year or the future in my mind.  We have some solid pieces now and going forward but there is also reason for concerns.  I think we beat Rutgers, but after this year I think Miles may need to do some reevaluating in regards to his staff and his philosophies.  I don't see our current issues as just a youth problem.

Rutgers is battling injuries so they are about as weak in the post as we are. We desperately need a win and I think we have a good shot to pull it off. It would sure be a big confidence boost for our young guys.

If we lose not much will change. Miles still has two more seasons after this year I n my opinion before any changes will be made

Losing to Rutgers, even on the road, with their injuries and poor coaching would be a very bad sign. There are certain depths you don't want to sink to, even when you're rebuilding.

It's a sad, sad fact we are 3 games in and discussing the likelyhood of a 14th seed. If only TP and Pitchord would have stayed. Selfish and shallow on might part I know, but I have to grouse about something...

We have something to build on, Watson, Morrow , White and Lville transfer{next season}. In my book this season is shot. I can live with it IF THEY PLAY HARD. Next season we have to have an improved product.

You remind me of someone.

Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde?

I don't think his height is the issue; I think he has bad hands.

But the fair weather fans might not show up the rest of the year and if the arena is half empty next year you might change your tune.
